For simple walks, for example, you can put everything you might need into its pockets - the zippered side pockets can accommodate a small toy and a dog dirt bag. The large zippered pocket on the back is suitable for carrying equipment for which you would otherwise need a bag.
For running together with your dog, you can thread through it the leash attachment point of your jogging belt, so there's no need to give up on doing sports comfortably in cold weather either.
In warm weather you can convert it into a vest with a single move by removing the sleeves, in rainy weather you can use it as a raincoat, and the reflective edges and labels ensure your safety in the dark.
