Shipping and Payment

To see the prices accordingly to your shipping address, please register and fill the shipping data.

Please note:

If your shipping address is located in Europe, the system will count the 27% VAT automatically, based on the current tax rules.
The pricing outside of the European Union is net. For customs clearance and VAT, the customer should be charged, according to the country rules.

The orders are shipped from Europe (Hungary).

D1

Would you like to buy just 2 or 3 smaller items? We suggest the option D1 for everyone who is a private person and only ordered a few labels or small items. This way you will receive the products within 8-12 business day, counting from the date of shipment. In case the package is shipped to the US, the shipping can take up 3 weeks. You will get an e-mail about the shipment. Please note: There is no available tracking number and insurance for this service. In case your order gets lost we are not able to get information of the package and it can not be reshipped or refunded.

D2

Would you like to buy just 2 or 3 smaller items? We suggest the option D2 for everyone who is a private person and only ordered a few labels or small items. This way you'll get the products around 8-12 business day for your reference, and you'll get an e-mail about the delivery and the expected date of arrival. There is a tracking number and a limited insurance which only covers the cost of the shipping but not the cost of the items. In case your order gets lost we are able to get information about the package. With this method the order is not available to be reshipped or refunded. Our carrier is the Hungarian Postal Service PLC. You can track your order at www.posta.hu/tracking.

EU

Are you located in the European Union? With this method your order will be shipped with tracking number and insurance and the package will arrive usually within 10 days. Available for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, United Kingdom, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland. Our carrier is the Hungarian Postal Service PLC. You can track your order at www.posta.hu/tracking.

DT1

DT1 contains almost the same services as D1, but this way you'll get your order in 3-8 business days, counting from the day of shipment. In case of smaller orders it's not recommended due to the higher costs. There is tracking number and insurance for this service. Our carrier is the Hungarian Postal Service PLC. You can track your order at www.posta.hu/tracking.

Return

If you receive a package, in which the products are not the ones you have ordered or there are missing or damaged items, we would like to ask you to follow the procedure below

  1. Contact us via e-mail about the exact nature of concern. -> service@k9g.eu
  2. Please return us the incorrect product(s) via post and request the receipt in the name of our company.
  3. Please wait until we have confirmed the receipt of the returned good(s).
  4. After the confirmation, we will ship you the correct products immediately, without any additional costs or fees and refund you the amount of the return, based on the receipt you provide us.

If you realise, after receiving the package, that the size you ordered is too small/big, or you just do not like to colour or changed your mind, we would like to ask you to contact us and follow the procedure below:

  1. Contact us via e-mail about the exact nature of concern. -> service@k9g.eu
  2. Please return us the product(s) via post paid by you.
  3. Please wait until we have confirmed the receipt of the returned good(s) and we will send you the correct item(s) immediately, or refund you the costs of the item, - €5 as restocking fee.
