Shipping and Payment

If your shipping address is located in EU, the system will count the 27% VAT automatically, based on the current tax rules. The pricing outside of the European Union is net. For customs clearance and VAT, the customer should be charged, according to the country rules.

Shipping methods

The orders are shipped from Hungary.

You can get information about the available modes of transport and the costs after choosing the product on the shipping cart site, or on the payment site when giving your shipping address. The available modes of transport may vary due to the areas.

Payment Methods

Bank transfer

Users shall transfer the price of the ordered products to the bank account number indicated in the order confirmation e-mail within 3 days. After the amount is credited to Service Provider's bank account, Users shall have the right to take over the product(s) in the manner defined by Users.

Please transfer the total billing amount on our bank account and please mention the order number with your bank transfer!

PayPal

Select PayPal as the payment method and follow the onscreen instructions. You will be redirected to PayPal where you need to choose the PayPal funding source you wish to use for your order.

International Returns

Unwanted item/Not faulty

If you have changed your mind on your purchase, you have 30 days to return it! Please make sure you respect the following criteria:

  • Products must be in the unused condition that you received them.
  • Items with specific sell by dates are exempt from the 30 day returns policy.

If your return order adheres to the above criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Write an email to shop@julius-k9.com with the subject "Return order n.XXX"
  2. In the email you have to specify the products that you want to return.
  3. We'll contact with you in maximum 4 days in order to inform you about all the details of the return.

Please put the product inside a box or bag. On the OUTSIDE of the box please write:

  • Your name
  • Your original order number (which can be found in “My Orders” section of your account)
  • The return address:

    • H-2310 Szigetszentmiklós
    • HUNGARY

Take the parcel to your local post office. We encourage you to use a tracked service when sending parcels to Hungary to avoid any delays as we cannot be responsible for any undelivered parcels. Please note the cost of returning your item to the local returns address must be covered by you, the customer.

When you send back the product please ensure you clearly mark the outside of the box with the wording “Returned Goods – Failed Sale” and note your original order number on the outside of the box. Please also mark this clearly on the customs declaration on the outside of the packaging. Failure to follow these instructions could result in the parcel being refused access into Hungary and being returned to sender. When your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method. When you receive the email that confirms the refund, which means that your return has been received and processed.

If you want to exchange your item, you need to return it and then place another order.

Faulty Item

If an item is faulty then it will need to be returned to us for a full inspection to ensure it is covered by the warranty. To return a faulty item please follow the procedure below:

  1. All used items must be cleaned before returning to us, we cannot deal with any dirty items and they will be returned to you.
  2. Contact our Customer Service agents by sending an email to shop@julius-k9.com and wait for a reply before proceeding.
  3. In the email you have to specify the products that you want to return.
  4. We'll contact with you in maximum 4 days in order to inform you about all the details of the return.

We will refund you the value of the goods plus what you pay for delivering it back to the local depot. Please keep the receipt of what you paid for postage. We will contact you when we are processing the return if the cost you paid is not stated in the box. We will send an email with the outcome of the warranty inspection.
